We build the part and share a preview for your review before printing. Revisions are included — we don't start printing until you're satisfied with the design.
Once approved, production starts immediately. Most parts are ready within 1–3 business days. Pickup in Laval / Montréal or shipped across Canada and the US.
All designs created by Custom Carbon 3D remain our intellectual property. You receive the physical printed parts. If you want to own the design files, this can be arranged — just mention it when requesting your quote and we'll include it in the pricing. Customer-supplied files remain yours and are never shared or resold.
