Straight Answers

Pricing
Every part is unique, so pricing depends on size, material, complexity, and quantity. There's no flat rate — and that's intentional. A small bracket in PLA costs very differently from a carbon fibre-filled intake housing.

The fastest way to get a number is to send us a quotation request. We respond quickly, and there's no obligation.
Turnaround
Most parts are ready for pickup or ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation and deposit. Complex multi-part orders or designs that require extra post-processing may take a little longer — we'll always tell you upfront.

Once your order ships, Canada delivery typically adds 1–3 business days, and US orders 3–7 business days depending on your state.
Materials
We work with a broad range of filaments to match your application:
  • PLA / PETG — general purpose, smooth finish, great for interior trims and display parts
  • ABS / ASA — heat and UV resistant, ideal for under-hood or exterior applications
  • TPU — flexible and impact-resistant, perfect for gaskets, covers, and vibration-damping parts
  • Carbon fibre-filled filaments — high stiffness-to-weight ratio for performance applications

Custom Parts
Yes — on both counts. If you already have a .STL, .STEP, or similar file, send it over and we'll print it. If you only have a reference part, a sketch, or just an idea, our Design + Print service covers you: we model it from scratch and manufacture it for you.

Shipping
Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your final invoice.

US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees on their end. We package all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and tracking is always provided. Local pickup in Laval / Montréal is also available by appointment.
Quality
Every part goes through a quality check before it leaves our facility. We print at dialed-in settings for each material, and we don't ship anything we wouldn't put on our own builds.

If a part has a manufacturing defect on our end, we reprint it — no arguments, no extra charge. Check our client reviews and the gallery to see the work for yourself.
Getting Started
It's simple:
  • Step 1 — Fill out the quotation form with a description (and file if you have one)
  • Step 2 — We reply with a price and timeline, usually same day
  • Step 3 — Confirm the quote and send the 50% deposit to start production
  • Step 4 — Pick up or receive your part within 1–3 business days
